AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:

• Current permanent employees of passenger airlines.

• Cargo airline permanent employees.

• Friends sharing cabin with current (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).

• Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependants) of current employee may travel with the staff member (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).

• C.R.S & G.D.S (example: Galileo, Amadeus, Travelport).

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:

• Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).

• Friends sharing cabin with current (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).

• Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependents) of current employees may travel with the staff member (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).

An ID/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in please remember to take it with you. In addition to the eligibility confirmation, Avalon UK office will require a signed “Letter of Conduct”, please make sure the travelling staff member has provided this letter at the time of booking. And also please advise staff member to take a copy when travelling. Please note that we require you to have a to be employed on a permanent contract.
